Ice

Vodka 1 1/2 oz

Lime Juice 1/2 oz

Thin Straw

Lime Wedge

Fill glass with ice and add Vodka. Add the lime juice and garnish with the straw and lime wedge.

A simple variation of the traditional Gimlet, vodka is substituted for gin. The history of the gimlet is quite interesting.
