Ice
Rum (Light) 1 oz
Coconut Cream 1 oz
Pineapple Juice 2 oz
Cherry
Large Straw
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with cherry and straw.
Many bars now have mixes that you'll use for popular drinks like the Pina Colada. Simply blend the mix with ice and rum and you're good to go. The same goes for margaritas and daiquiris.
Purists will argue that a drink should never come pre-mixed in a gallon jug. I've heard people argue that each drink is a work of art and should be created individually. I like the mixes personally. They save time and most of them taste pretty darn good!
