Triple Sec 1/2 oz

Lime Juice 1/4 oz

Stir

Strain

Fill shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake with enthusiasm and strain into the shot glass.

This drink can also be served as a shot. The drink likely originated in Japan during the American occupation.

There are many variations of the drink such as substituting Southern Comfort for Vodka, and adding various liqueurs into the mix.
